The world's leading trade show dedicated to equipment for the self-adhesive label and flexible packaging markets, Labelexpo Europe brings together all the industry's professionals, from equipment manufacturers to processors, every two years in Brussels.

After the successive cancellations of the 2021 and 2022 editions, the 2023 edition was eagerly awaited, with 700 exhibitors present, and nearly 40,000 visitors from all over the world.

MGI JETvarnish 3D Web 400: quadruple productivity and first sale!

Succeeding the JETvarnish 3D Weball first digital reel-to-reel finishing press on the market, the JETvarnish 3D Web 400 is the second generation of this technology dedicated to self-adhesive labels and flexible packaging.

The JETvarnish 3D Web 400 applies UV selective varnish and hot foil stamping, flat or in relief, in fixed or variable data, using a digital 100% process. Equipped with two inkjet motors, it now enables this application in a single pass The maximum rated speed increases from 25 m/min to 50 m/min.

The concept "Digital Single Pass of the JETvarnish 3D Web 400 comes directly from the AlphaJET the very first 5.0 plant in the Industrial Printing sector developed by MGI.
