eco responsibility
Our daily commitment to eco-responsible technologies
Pioneer of digital printing and finishing technologies, MGI Digital Technology develops and builds since its creation, solutions for professionals in the Graphic Industries, which reduce their daily environmental footprint, through our 6 Commitments.

Carbon footprint
MGI Digital Technology has successfully completed its carbon assessment covering Scopes 1, 2 and 3, in order to precisely evaluate its environmental footprint. This process identified the major sources of greenhouse gas emissions, whether direct (Scope 1), indirect linked to energy consumption (Scope 2) or indirect from its value chain (Scope 3). By carrying out this exhaustive analysis, MGI can develop targeted strategies to reduce its carbon impact, improve the energy efficiency of its operations and promote sustainable practices throughout its production cycle.

Communauté du Coq Vert
MGI Digital Technology is a member of the Coq Vert community. Through this proactive approach, MGI reaffirms its commitment to the ecological transition. By joining this network, MGI is part of a Community of Exchanges and Sharing promoting the development of best practices and sustainable innovation. This membership reflects MGI's desire to reconcile economic performance with environmental responsibility, by developing technological solutions that respect the ecosystem.

DIAG'ECOFLUX
MGI Digital Technology has successfully launched the Diag'Ecoflux from Bpifrance to optimize its consumption of energy, water, raw materials and waste management. This support enabled the company to identify concrete savings levers, while at the same time reducing its environmental impact, with a view to continuous improvement and the transition to more sustainable and responsible production.

De-inking INGEDE 11
The two INGEDE 11 certifications obtained by MGI Digital Technology attest to the recyclability of prints and finishes produced using its digital technologies. They guarantee the quality of de-inking, a key stage in paper recycling, essential to the circular economy. By ensuring that its applications do not hinder this process, MGI confirms its commitment to environmentally-friendly solutions.

Reduction of waste from production
By their digital nature, MGI's printing and finishing technologies allow professionals to eliminate the intermediate consumables, powders, fount solution, solvents, tools, plates, clichés and forms, which are the prerogative of traditional technologies and generate a high level of waste.

Elimination of the transport of intermediate products
By allowing professionals to integrate technologies that they were previously obliged to outsource due to lack of volume and profitability because of their traditional aspect, MGI makes it possible to eliminate the return trips of intermediate products, drastically reducing the carbon footprint of the printed products, facilitating in fine the just-in-time approaches, guaranteeing sufficient stocks.

Reduction of energy consumption
Due to the efficiency of digital technologies, the implementation of MGI's digital printing and finishing technologies by Graphic Industries professionals, allows them to drastically reduce their daily energy consumption.

Reduction of raw materials
By grouping together on the same compact production lines, technologies that had always required specific machines, the manufacturing of MGI's digital printing and finishing solutions requires less raw materials than traditional solutions, with a comparable scope of service.

Reduction of the required industrial surface, with comparable service
The compactness of MGI's digital printing and finishing solutions, compared to traditional technologies, saves space for professionals in the industry, reducing their need for industrial space and the related energy costs.

Recyclability of the productions made
In order to guarantee a good recyclability of the productions from our digital printing and finishing presses, we commit ourselves to the fact that our solutions do not use mineral oils or Bisphenol A.
