Luxe Pack Monaco 2024 will be an opportunity for brands from all over the world to discover the full potential of MGI Digital Technology's packaging technologies. The AlphaJET, the 5.0 digital printing plant, will be in the spotlight, enabling printing and finishing (varnishing + hot foil stamping) in a single operation, with fixed or variable data. Also on the program: MGI hot foil stamping films, including security films that can be customized for brands, making hot foil stamping a particularly effective tool in the fight against counterfeiting.

MGI Drupa 2024 Press Conference

On May 28, graphic arts and packaging journalists from all over the world are invited to our traditional Drupa press conference, to find out all about the equipment on display at the show. On the program: the AlphaJET, the very first 5.0 Digital Printing Plant, the most important piece of digital equipment exhibited at Messe Düsseldorf, the JETvarnish 3D Web 400, the single pass 2D-3D digital varnish and foil reel-to-reel, with flexo and die-cutting units, the JETvarnish 3D EVO, digital varnish + hot foil finishing in B1 format, and the Octopus WEB, a true revolution in laser-free digital reel-to-reel die-cutting. Also on the program: MGI Connect, a unique software suite hosted in the Cloud, and the range of classic and safe hot foil stamping films, designed and manufactured in France by MGI.

From May 28 to June 7, 2024, MGI will be present on the MGI-Konica Minolta Alliance stand in Hall 8B (stand A40-1) at Messe Düsseldorf, exhibiting no less than 4 pieces of equipment, all of them operational: AlphaJET, the very first 5.0 digital printing plant (single-pass 72×110 printing AND digital finishing), JETvarnish 3D EVO (75×120), JETvarnish 3D Web 400 reel-to-reel (single-pass UV selective varnish AND hot foil stamping), and Octopus Web (reel-to-reel digital die-cutting using 4-axis rotary heads). At the same time, MGI will be showcasing its MGI Connect software suite and its range of hot foil stamping films manufactured at the group's Ile-de-France site.

At C!Print 2024, digital finishing will be showcased in Hall 1 of Eurexpo, on the stand of our partner Konica Minolta, through an AccurioShine 3600 digital finishing press, which applies UV selective varnish and hot foil stamping in fixed or variable data, flat or embossed, using a 100% digital process. Demonstrations will include MGI Approve's augmented reality online proofing software, and MGI's range of hot foil stamping films, including MGI's security films.

Multisensory printing on Jetvarnish MGI presses on show in Bucharest. From November 20 to 24, the Emprint printing house and the Artvisiona agency invite you to the Arta Printului multisensory exhibition, at the Elite Art Gallery in Bucharest, Place des Nations Unies, no. 3-5, Bl. B2, Ground Floor, Sector 4, open from 1pm to 7pm. In the exhibition, you'll see graphic prints ennobled with UV varnish and amazing 3D effects produced on MGI JETVARNISH 3DS digital finishing press.

On this occasion, Orhan Doğan Konica Minolta, will deliver an introductory and opening speech, followed by the President of Konica Minolta Business Solutions Europe Industrial Printing Solutions, Hidotoshi Omo , sharing with Kasad members. In the second part of the meeting, Victor Abergel , Vice President and General Manager of MGI Digital Technology, will present the JETvarnish digital finishing solutions, and the AlphaJET, the first 4.0 digital printing and finishing plant.
